St. Jude's Metropolitan Community Church

Everyone belongs

St Jude's MCC is an inclusive & embracing community dedicated to providing a spiritual home for all people. We come from different backgrounds and traditions and share the desire to celebrate the holiness of every individual. We believe in actively promoting the sacred ideals of equality and justice, and that a single act of compassion can transform the lives of many. We believe these things for we know that the only label that matters is

"Made in the Image of God."

Feeding the Hungry

Helping The Community

"When they finished eating, Jesus asked Peter, 'Do you love me?' Peter answered, 'You know I do." Jesus said, 'Then feed my lambs'" (John 21:15)

St. Jude's Feeding Ministries was started as a way to reach out to people who needed a helping hand. Over the past decade, we have taken what we have, asked for help, and then share everything we are given - for our Vision is clear: to be God's Hands Extended in our community.

Sunday Worship Service

July 25, 2021

"Tell them to sit down on the grass."

The story of the feeding of the 5,000 appears in every Gospel, and we think it well, but the real story, the real miracle, is so much more than the multiplication of bread and fish.

Our worship services are broadcast live every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. to our YouTube and Facebook pages.

In-person worship service is held every

Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at our Market Street location

(corner of Market & 26th Streets).

All are invited and welcome!

Monday Morning Minute

w/ Rev. John

July 26, 2021

How do you mend a broken heart (and soul)?

How often do we remember our souls... especially when we are wounded? It may be the thing we know the least about, but the most important to tend to.

A Bit of Background

God's Hands Extended

Founded in 1992 as a home for those who felt they had no spiritual home, St. Jude's MCC is driven by a single goal: to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We believe we have been planted within this community to feed the hungry soul and body - to be conduits of God's love - and to help transform the world by transforming ourselves.
