St. Jude's Metropolitan Community Church

Everyone belongs

St Jude's MCC is an inclusive & embracing community dedicated to providing a spiritual home for all people. We come from different backgrounds and traditions and share the desire to celebrate the holiness of every individual. We believe in actively promoting the sacred ideals of equality and justice, and that a single act of compassion can transform the lives of many. We believe these things for we know that the only label that matters is

"Made in the Image of God."

Feeding the Hungry

Helping The Community

"When they finished eating, Jesus asked Peter, 'Do you love me?' Peter answered, 'You know I do." Jesus said, 'Then feed my lambs'" (John 21:15)

St. Jude's Feeding Ministries was started as a way to reach out to people who needed a helping hand. Over the past decade, we have taken what we have, asked for help, and then share everything we are given - for our Vision is clear: to be God's Hands Extended in our community.

Don't walk away

Sometimes giving up what hurts us most is the hardest thing to do. Don't walk away from the answer. For God transforms, heals, and brings us through whatever holds us back - whatever we can't give up - whatever we can't walk away from.

Looking for God

We've all been "in the moment" wondering how we will ever get out. And it's hard to see anything, much less a way out. And looking for God isn't always the first thing that comes to mind. Good thing God looks for us.

A Bit of Background

God's Hands Extended

Founded in 1992 as a home for those who felt they had no spiritual home, St. Jude's MCC is driven by a single goal: to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We believe we have been planted within this community to feed the hungry soul and body - to be conduits of God's love - and to help transform the world by transforming ourselves.
